​We offer a variety of flexible leasing options to suit your schedule, with terms ranging from 3 to 14 months.

​Our community provides several spacious floor plans, including one-bedroom layouts (714–908 sq. ft.), two-bedroom homes (1,000–1,167 sq. ft.), and our large three-bedroom apartments at ,1390 sq. ft.

​There are no utilities included in the base rent. While water is conveniently billed through your resident portal, it is a separate charge from the rent; residents are also responsible for setting up their own electricity accounts.

​Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, business center, outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, and a volleyball court. We also offer reserved covered parking, detached garages, a gated entry, and a community laundry room—plus, we are excited to be in the process of adding a beehive conservation area!

​While we do not have charging stations on-site at this time, you can find convenient charging options nearby at the nearby Kroger and Walmart.

Guests are welcome to park in any of our open parking spaces, provided they register their vehicle immediately through www.register2park.com to remain in compliance with our parking policy.

​Yes, there is easy access to the DART bus system just off MacArthur Boulevard.

​Our community is perfectly positioned near a variety of shopping centers, grocery stores, and diverse restaurants, and is just a short trip away from the entertainment at the Toyota Music Factory.

​Standard mail is delivered directly to your individual mailbox, while larger packages from carriers are delivered straight to your front door for your convenience.
